Contractor requirements for operating services
For the smooth operation of the system, the contractor must ensure the following:
- Help Desk for the support of citizens and businesses.
- Integrated Management System Consultants.
- Analysts for the collection and analysis of data resulting from the operation of the system.
- Operators of the loyalty system on the discrete collection of recyclable materials vehicles.
- Temporary storage area of collected recyclable materials or equivalent contract with recipient.
- Optional: drivers for all vehicles for biowaste and recyclable materials.
